How We Work, and How We Measure It
We are an early-stage organisation, and we would rather show you exactly what we have done than impress you with a number we cannot stand behind. Every figure on this page reflects work we have personally delivered and can evidence.
Impact for us is not a headcount. It is a learner who can now build something they could not build before, a teacher who is confident using digital tools in their own classroom, and a school that keeps the work going after we leave. Those changes are slower to count and much harder to fake — which is precisely why they are the ones worth reporting.
Hands-on before theory
Learners build real things from the first session — Scratch projects, Arduino circuits and working web pages — rather than working through abstract content.
Grounded in the local context
Every programme is shaped around the school, the community and the resources actually available on the ground, not a template imported from elsewhere.
Honest reporting
We publish what we have genuinely delivered and can evidence. Where a number is not yet verifiable, we leave it out rather than estimate upwards.
Built to continue
Initiatives are designed so teachers and participants can keep the work going after our sessions end, instead of stopping when the programme closes.
